Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Stride Bank Center. Alcoholic beverages will be sold by Stride Bank Center in-house beverage staff during most events.
Smoking is permitted in a designated smoking area outside the southeast doors. Please extinguish all smoking materials 25 feet from the entrance as indicated.

As a general rule, cameras and recording devices of any kind are not permitted inside Stride Bank Center. This is subject to change on an event by event basis. If the show does not permit cameras, the guest will be asked to return that item to his or her vehicle. In the event the show does permit cameras, the general rule of thumb to go by is cameras with a detachable lens will still not be permitted. Stride Bank Center cannot hold any personal property belonging to a guest.
Once a patron leaves Stride Bank Center during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless another ticket is purchased with the exception of medical or emergency situations.
Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on Stride Bank Center property and for a one block radius around the Center.
Selling of illegal merchandise not sold under the approval of Stride Bank Center management is prohibited on Stride Bank Center property and within a one block radius around Stride Bank Center and is subject to confiscation.
Solicitation of any kind on Stride Bank Center property, including the distribution of promotional materials, without the express content of Stride Bank Center management is strictly prohibited.
Events, times, productions and performers are subject to change without notice.
Stride Bank Center strives to provide its guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Guests interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the event including using foul or abusive language or inappropriate gestures may be subject to eviction. Guests appearing to be under the influence of an illegal substance may be evicted from Stride Bank Center and turned over to the authorities.
