How can I purchase tickets for an event?

You can get tickets online, by phone at 580.616.7380 or by coming to the Stride Bank Center administration office, which is located on the 2nd floor of the convention side off of Independance Ave,  M-F, 9-5.

Re-Entry

Once a patron leaves Stride Bank Center during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless another ticket is purchased with the exception of medical or emergency situations.

Is there a smoking section?

The Stride Bank Center is a smoke free facility, however, smoking is permitted in a designated smoking area outside the southeast doors. Please extinguish all smoking materials 25 feet from the entrance as indicated

Is photography allowed?

As a general rule, cameras and recording devices of any kind are not permitted inside Stride Bank Center. This is subject to change on an event by event basis. If the show does not permit cameras, the guest will be asked to return that item to his or her vehicle. In the event the show does permit cameras, the general rule of thumb to go by is cameras with a detachable lens will still not be permitted. Stride Bank Center cannot hold any personal property belonging to a guest.

How early prior to an event do doors open?

For the majority of events held at the Stride Bank Center, doors open 1 hour propr to the start of the event.

For some events, we will host a pre-party, or dinner before the event, and the time of that event will be listed on the ticket.

What items are not allowed in the Stride Bank Center

Aerosol cans
Adhesive Tape
Air horns
Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
Animals except certified service dogs
Backpacks or oversized items
Balloons
Beach balls and other inflatables
Belts made of metal or chains or including spikes and/or studs 
Bota bags or wine skins
Bullhorns or noise makers
Cameras or recording devices varies by event
Chains over six inches in length
Confetti
Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons
Glass bottles or aluminum cans
Ice chests, coolers or thermos containers
Laser pointers
Outside food or beverage
Skateboards or roller blades
Sticks or clubs including signs attached to sticks
Stools or folding chairs
Water bottles or mugs
Weapons

Lost and Found

The Stride Bank Center management assumes no responsibility of items lost or dameged at events.  The Stride Bank Center lost and found during an event is on the EAST side of the arena side of the complex.  To inquire about lost items after the event, please call 580-616-7380.
